Hey Hey! I’m Alyssa Fraser, a 33-year-old woman who’s been deeply committed to empowering other women on their wellness journeys for over 7 years. My own path to wellness began over 9 years ago, after the birth of my two children. At that time, I struggled with understanding how to properly nourish my body and the benefits of movement in my life. Through my journey of healing my body image and relationship with food, I’ve discovered the transformative power of nourishing ourselves from the inside out. This realization inspired me to pursue studies in holistic nutrition.
Before my formal education, I experienced challenges like binge eating, excessive cardio workouts, food fear, acne issues, and confusion about metabolism. But now, I prioritize understanding the essence of TRUE HEALTH and actively listen to my body’s needs. My mission in the months and years ahead is to guide other people on similar paths towards wellness. If you’re here, I believe it’s for a purpose!
